Usage Tips: You may find material in this ebook either by browsing in the table of contents or in the index, or by searching for a particular word.
Table of Contents   You may browse through the alphabetically-arranged table of contents by clicking on the eTable of Contents option, which is divided into two broad sections, any of which can be "opened" by clicking on the appropriate plus-sign (+):
Topics -- subdivided into five essay groups, including "Political, Economic, and Social Issues"
Cultures -- essays on about 50 specific ethnic/cultural groups (African-Americans, Amish, etc.)
Index   You may browse through the alphabetically-arranged index by clicking on the eBook Index option, which opens a list of many hundreds of references, each of which is clickable.
Searching   You may want to use the Quick Search -- find option to find obscure references or to find articles which contains one or more particular terms. Be sure to click on the "within this publication" box.
To find entries containing various forms of a word, use an asterisk (*) for missing letters. Example: alcohol* finds alcohol, alcoholic, alcoholism, etc.

Printing -- You may print the text (and graphics) of an article by clicking on the "Print" option displayed in the upper-left portion of the screen to re-format the article, then using your browser's printing features.
E-Mail -- You may e-mail an article by choosing the "E-mail" option, near the upper-left corner of the screen. Please note that you will have several format options for delivering the e-mail.
