Online coverage dates back to 1991. Once created, articles are not updated. However, an entire topic may be updated by a newer report.
Usage Tips:	There are three basic means of searching the database. Each option is located in the blue border, along the left margin of the screen. Quick Search allows you to enter one or more terms in which you are interested. If you are interested in a multi-term phrase, you may want to enter it within quotation marks. Example: "death penalty" Browse by Topic allows you to select from an alphabetical list of available topic areas. Browse by Date allows you to select from the topics available within a particular calendar year.
