Usage Tips:	Using NetLibrary While you are using this book, nobody else at W&L can open it. Navigating Once you have opened an article, you can move from one page to another only by using the "Next" and "Previous" buttons, near the upper-right corner of the screen. Printing You may print only one page at a time. Use the Adobe Acrobat "print" icon (image of a printer), in the bar immediately above the article. Be sure to click on the "Close Item" option when you are finished.
