Each of these sites offers international coverage of corruption as a political/social/economic issue, including descriptions and even ratings of corruption in individual countries.

Global Integrity

Non-profit, non-partisan international public policy group.   Publications include:

• Global Integrity Report   ("Generates quantitative data and qualitative reporting on the health of a country's anti-corruption framework."  Annually-published, although not all countries are covered each year.) 
• Global Integrity Index   ("Annually assesses the existence, effectiveness, and citizen access to key national-level anti-corruption mechanisms across a diverse range of countries.")

Transparency International

Non-profit, non-partisan international public policy group.  Publications include:

• Global Corruption Report   (Annual publication includes country reports.)
• Country Reports   (Separately-published, in-depth studies)
• Corruption Perceptions Index   (Annual survey-based rankings, with documentation and sources.)
• Annual Report   (Mostly about TI activities, but also some regional/country information.)

World Bank -- Governance and Anti-Corruption

Collection point for the World Bank's governance and anti-corruption initiatives, featuring:

• Worldwide Governance Indicators   (Database of "aggregate and individual governance dicators for 212 countries and territories," covering such issues as control of corruption and rule of law.)
