Awards, Honors, And Prizes
The 33rd edition (2012) of this international directory "describes awards given for achievements in virtually every field of endeavor. Awards are listed by the name of the administering organization, followed by listings and descriptions of each of the awards it offers." This database does not list winners of awards, but provides links to organziation sites. The library also has
printed editions.
Chiefs Of State And Cabinet Members Of Foreign Governments
Updated weekly, this directory lists major officials from "as many governments of the world as is considered practical, some of them not officially recognized by the United States."

2009 edition.

Information on the current staffing and organization of the U.S. Federal Government Executive Branch, covering: the Offices of the President and Vice-President and supporting agencies and advisory organizations; Executive Departments; independent agencies; other quasi-official and non-governmental organizations.
