If a book you need is checked out or missing from the University Library, you may want to consult our area library catalogs. Students, staff, and faculty have check-out privileges at most of these institutions.

• Rockbridge Regional Library (Lexington) 138 South Main St.
• Mary Balwin College (Staunton) approximately 40 minutes by car
• University of Virginia (Charlottesville) approximately 1 hour by car
• Hollins University (Roanoke) approximately 1 hour by car

We do not request checked out books on Interlibrary Loan. Instead, you need to recall the book.
Books with a status of missing may be requested through Interlibrary Loan.
