Room Reservations in Leyburn Library

To reserve Northen Auditorium, or Rooms 102, 103, and 201, use the web calendar. To Reserve the Boatwright room or room 113, call the University Library Office Manager at 458-8642.
NOTE: If you need special furniture arrangements or set-ups, call Facilities Management at x8490.

Level 1. Northen Auditorium holds 100 people and offers a full range of audio-visual set-ups, including computer network access and a computer screen.
Level 1. Boatwright Room has comfortable, parlor seating for 15 people. Restricted use. No food permitted.

Level 1. Room 102 holds 12-16 people around a table. The room has computer network access.

Level 1. Room 103 holds 20 people in a classroom setting and has a tv and vcr. The room has computer network access.

Level 2. Room 201 holds 30 people in a classroom setting and has a tv, vcr, and computer network access.

Level 3. Room 301 is a computer training facility only. It has 11 workstations plus 1 teaching workstation. This room cannot be scheduled for public events. Call Lisa Dunlap at University Computing (x8842) for more information.

Media Equipment & Assistance

To schedule the showing of a video or to request equipment, call the Instructional Technology Lab at x8650, or fill out the online booking form.
Refreshments are permitted in conjunction with an event in Northen or in the lobby outside of Northen only. Please notify the University Libraries Office Manager that food will be served. Special permission is necessary from the University Librarian for food service in other areas. For catering, call Dining Services at x8025.

Outside Groups

Outside groups requesting to use Library facilities are required to present a Certificate of Insurance from their insurance company that names W&L as an additional insured for the period the group is using the Library, to Steven McAllister, Associate Vice-President for Finance and Associate Treasurer for the University (458-8942).
