MAKE A ROOM RESERVATION IN LEYBURN LIBRARY

  • Reservations must be made for dates and times that Leyburn Library is open. If the library is closed our rooms may not be used. For questions about Leyburn Library room reservations contact Elizabeth Anne Teaff.
  • In the event of a scheduling conflict we will make every attempt to accommodate both parties, although academic classes and exams take priority over other events.
  • Please limit your reservations to 4 hours.
  • If a reservation is not claimed within the first 30 minutes, it may be considered cancelled. Anyone may use the room at that point.
  • To reserve M47 for classroom use (weekdays from 8 am to 5 pm) contact University Registrar’s office. Ask for a room key at the Information Desk.
  • To reserve M47 for group study space (after 5 pm and weekends) use our reservation software. In the evenings and on weekends, M47 may be used simultaneously by multiple parties. Ask for a room key at the Information Desk.

  • To request audio/visual equipment call ITS at (540) 458-4357 or request online.
  • For catering call Dining Services at (540) 458-8025 or request online.
  • For furniture set-up requests call Facilities at (540) 458-8490. In addition to the room set-up, please request that Facilities “break-down” the room after your event. Add one hour to the beginning and ending time of your reservation to accommodate this process. Alternatively, you can set-up and "break-down" the room yourself. It is the responsibility of the group making the reservation to have furniture returned to "Admissions style" seating by the conclusion of their event. View available furniture set-ups for Northen.

  • To reserve Computer Training Lab/Leyburn Room 301 contact Lisa Dunlap in ITS.
