Rooms that may be Reserved in the University Library:

  • Group Study Rooms hold 6 people.
  • Multi-Purpose Room (M47) may be booked on a selected basis and holds 25. This room will remain open for student use during exam weeks. It is locked at all other times.
    Basic functions include: Digital projection with touchpanel control, Resident PC, Document Camera, Laptop connection, DVD Player, and Auxiliary video connection (for any vcr, camera or other video source). A special feature of the room is the Smart Sympodium computer monitor. 
  • Video Editing Room
  • Northen Auditorium holds 100 people and offers a full range of audio-visual set-ups, including computer network access and a computer screen.
  • Boatwright Room has comfortable, parlor seating for 15 people. Restricted use. No food permitted.
  • Room 102 holds 12-16 people around a table. The room has computer network access.
  • Room 103 holds 20 people in a classroom setting and has a tv and vcr. The room has computer network access.
  • Room 201 holds 30 people in a classroom setting and has a tv, vcr, and computer network access.
  • Room 301 is a computer training facility. It has 11 workstations plus 1 teaching workstation. This room cannot be scheduled for public events. Call Lisa Dunlap at University Computing (x8842) for more information.

Rooms that may be Reserved in the Science Center:

  • Classroom A214 holds 98 people in a classroom setting and has a computer, vcr, DVD/CD, document camera, slide projector, video and audio auxiliary connections, and an overhead projector.
  • Classroom A114 holds 60 people in a classroom setting and has a computer, vcr, DVD/CD, document camera, slide projector, video and audio auxiliary connections, and an overhead projector.
  • Classroom G14 holds 60 people in a classroom setting and has a computer, vcr, DVD/CD, document camera, slide projector, video and audio auxiliary connections, and an overhead projector.
  • Classroom G16 holds 20 people in a classroom setting and has a computer, vcr, DVD/CD, document cameria, laptop auxiliary connection, and a cable feed.
  • Classroom A102 will hold 24 people in a classroom setting and has a computer, vcr, DVD/CD, slide projector, laptop connection, and cable feed.
  • Classroom P307 will hold 64 people in a classroom setting and has a computer, vcr, DVD/CD, document camera, and a cable feed.
  • Classroom P306 will hold 11 people in a classroom setting and has a computer, vcr, DVD/CD, document camera, video and audio connection, laptop connection, and cable feed.
  • Great Hall will hold 100 people.
