Sunday, May 20th – Open noon to 6 pm
Monday-Thursday, May 21st through 24th - Open 8:00 am to 7 pm
May 25th until September 5th - Open 8:00 am to 5 pm & Closed weekends
Thursday, September 6th Open at 8 am & resume regular academic hours
*Closed May 28th & July 4th

Open to W&L Faculty, Staff, & Students 7 days a week, 24 hours a day.
(University ID required to open doors 10 pm - 6 am)
Open to the general public 7 days a week, 6 am to 10 pm
Circulation Desk: (staffed 24/7 during the Academic Year)
Monday – Friday: 9am-5pm
Sunday – Thursday: 6:30pm-9pm
(No evening/weekend hours during holidays, breaks, & the summer months.)
Monday - Friday: 8:30 am - 4:30 pm
Monday - Thursday: 7:30 am - 9 pm
Friday: 7:30 am - 5:30 pm
Sunday: 3:00 pm - 9 pm
