I will enjoy very much going with you & Mary H - But is it not right raw for two ladies of yr. strengths & prudence to A wander by the brook @ such (Page 2) a day as this? I suppose you want me to take care of you. So I will be ready , & if you do not come will understand it is too cold to-day. It will make no difference (Page 3) to me - I will take a little walk as I do every morning. I was going to send the moss from the wood I promised Mrs. H - & avail myself of yr. messenger.
