Combining Terms You can search for entries containing two or more terms by combining them with "AND" in the search statement. Example: "binge drinking" Wildcards/Truncation The search system will automatically search for singular and plural forms of a term that is entered. Example: cell will find cell and cells. It appears to be impossible to browse among alphabetically-listed names. Thus, the primary method of using this resource would be to use the Quick Search -- Find option (left side of screen) to find an individual's name. Be sure to check the "within this publication" box. You also can search for other information included within entries, such as "washington and lee." Table of Contents The eTable of Contents is useful only for its ability to open "volume 8 -- Discipline Index," which lets you view lists of names within various disciplines, such as "Agricultural and Forest Sciences." You can open any of the discipline lists by clicking on the appropriate plus-sign (+), but the names do not link to entries. Delivery Printing -- You may print the text (and graphics) of an article by clicking on the "Print" option displayed in the upper-left portion of the screen to re-format the article, then using your browser's printing features. E-Mail -- You may e-mail an article by choosing the "E-mail" option, near the upper-left corner of the screen. Please note that you will have several format options for delivering the e-mail.
