The Library installed a new proxy server, which will allow better access to library resources from off campus. This change may cause temporary problems in accessing library resources from off campus. The Washington and Lee University Library recently has added to its collections several important new encyclopedias. Each is available as an online electronic book (“ebook”) to current members of the University community (faculty, students, and staff).
Among these important new titles are the following:

• Grove Encyclopedia of Islamic Art and Architecture
• Political Encyclopedia of U.S. States and Regions
• Encyclopedia of Communication Theory
