The #wluspring hashtag in Twitter includes some great pictures from the Spring Term Festival in Leyburn Library.
The Washington and Lee Spring Term concludes each year with a two-hour Spring Term Festival, at which faculty and students have the opportunity to present or perform the work and projects they accomplished during the four-week Spring Term.
This year’s event will take place on the Main Floor of Leyburn Library on Friday 22 May from 12:00 noon to 2:00 pm. This celebration of the amazing work done during our unique Spring Term will include posters, slide shows or other visual demonstrations, performances — and refreshments!
Over 30 classes will present their work, with eleven classes using multimedia presentations. And, like they say on TV, there’s more: “More” in this case includes both flying robots and soliloquies from Hamlet — not from the same class, so they will not “fly at any thing we see.” (Act 2, Scene 2) Should be safe.
